I usually buy hair dye when it is on sale and I was given the opportunity to try their foam hair dye and was super impressed with their product. Now when it's time to dye my hair I don't bother looking for a sale I go straight to the John Freida Hair foam. LOVE IT. Well worth buying, good thing I only dye my hair a few times a year because It is a little pricey.

It was very disappointing:( I chose the reds and it made my hair a dark brown .And made my hair feel moucy and dull .I'm a natural redhead but it was getting less red so I tried this product. I will go back to my first choice..Natural Instinct.!

it did not provide the color i wanted not even close, and the smell was horrible. I will not buy this product ever again its to expensive.

I got it as a sample through facebook and i am hooked,it really lives up to the promise and gives salon quality results, it has left my hair shiny and pretty

I was lucky enough to try this for free. But have to be honest it doesnt cover the grey very well.. but did wonders on my daughters hair. The smell is worst then my usual hair dye but less sloppyl..:)

I always color my own hair but usually need 2 boxes of color. With this product, it felt like I had way more than enough. It covered well with no spots showing through. The color was really shiny and healthy looking. I love that it comes with sooo much conditioner!

I absolutely love this product.

The foam is a much easier way to dye your hair. I love how it's simple to mix, and simply to apply. It's less messy than the other types of hair colour. It covered my hair nicely, as I usually have an issue with that!

I would recommend this hair colour to anyone. It's fabulous!

First, I used their program for brilliant brunette and grey, which selected 6GR light warm golden brown, for only 10 minutes, and results were perfect !!

As per instructions, I washed my hair night before and didn't use conditioner..(so that the hair color would easily penetrate my thick grey hairs)...and next day, I put the foam color on....which was verrrry easy to use, and my husband couldn't believe the difference !!! He said that I look 15 years younger !! and...took me out for supper to show me off !! :)

This product is amazing!! I will never use another hair colour product again. I tried this for the first time about 6 months ago and I love it. It is so easy to use, for the first time every I can do my own hair dye without missing a single piece, I dont have to make my hubby help anymore. Easy to use, and there is no smell! :)

I dye my hair regularly and I had a free product coupon for this item. I found their colour selection very lacking, the options are pretty much blonde or various browns, with a few auburns thrown in their. I chose a deep cherry brown, I was sceptical about only getting one box, because I have always needed 2 boxes, but based on some other reviews I decided to chance it. I have to say, I absolutely love how mess free the foam colour is, the one box covered my shoulder length thick hair. I don't love the application of the foam, throughout the entire process of application its not really easy to tell if your hair sections are fully saturated, like with regular dye. Ultimately it took half the time to use the foam as it would have a regular, drippy cream colour. At $12.99 a box its about the same price point to dye my hair with the John Freida foam as it would be to get 2 boxes of my usual Garnier colour which has a ton of more options. I would use this dye again if I was looking for something quicker and easier, but if I wanted a colour they don't offer I would definately stick with my regular brand.
