I'm 24 years old and I have used this bedtime bath. Not only is it good for young children and babies, it's good for adults too! It really makes young ones sleepy and ready for bedtime. It relaxes them and soothes. I have never seen a breakout, and all my "Mommy" friends use this product with their children and even for Mommy time before bed themselves!
