Fantastic!

I thoroughly enjoyed using this heat protector! I put it on my hair before straightening and curling. It smelled really nice and helped keep my hair shiny, protected, and safe from the heat tools that I was using. It’s a great product to keep on hand for quick hair touch ups if you are the type of person that carries around those mini straighteners in your purse to touch up your bangs etc. and also great to bring along on trips because it’s the perfect travel friendly size!

Loved this heat protectant

Joico has always been a favourite product of mine. This heat protectant smells amazing and it works wonderfully. I used it everyday for two weeks and my hair was less frizzy after blow drying. It’s definitely a product I would purchase.

really good product

Out of all the Joico Defy Damage products I liked this one the most. I used it when I was tanning at the beach and I felt like it protected my hair from the sun. Really good product if you're out in the sun for the whole day.

Effective Hair Shield!

•Protective Shield- I used this after washing my hair as a leave-in conditioner and heat protectant and it definitely did the job. My hair felt less frizzy and less dry for sure! This product also smells really good and doesn’t have a super greasy feeling that makes my hair weigh down!

Looking like a hair commercial

This was also one of my favorite products in the joico defy damage line. Even after I ran out of the shampoo and conditioner I was still using this shield and it made a huge difference in how shiny and frizz free my hair was. I swear my hair looks like it belongs in a commercial after using the whole line. After using all four products in the Joico Defy Damage line I was amazed by how my hair looked. It is summer here and extremely humid so my hair had been a frizzy mess until I used these. After the first use my hair wasn't frizzy at all!

Great for heat protection!

Used this Product before straightening and blowdrying my hair and it helped control frizz and my hair still felt super soft and shiny after!

Great for heat-styled hair

I use a flat iron 2-3 times a week and this product is great, providing some protection from the direct heat contact of the plates. It's easy to apply and the scent isn't overwhelming and doesn't linger too long. The product is very lightweight and doesn't weigh my hair down.

All star

In the Joico protective lineup... this shield is definitely the all star. I’m always on the hunt for food heat protection for my hair. This one is fantastic. It’s not too greasy, it doesn’t darken my blonde hair, and it really feels like a nice barrier between the hair and the hot tool. Would absolutely purchase this one if I have to select one product from the lineup. I received a sample of this product in exchange for a review form ChickAdvisor.

LOVE IT

I recently received this product along with some other Joico products to test for my honest review. I have to say that I really loved this product. I used it after my shower and before styling, and it left my hair feeling super soft and easy to manage. Its a great product to take on vacation, as it also helped to tame my hair in the heat. Would definitely recommend.
