Not a fan!
Sorry. I have a very fine and straight hair. I tried a couple of type and it didn’t give me the effect that it promises. I apply a fair amount of product and a few minutes late all the effect was gone. I don’t think is for my type of hair.
No volume
I had hoped this finisher would give my flat and straight hair some volume. Unfortunately, it did not do much for my hair and made it looked a bit unkept. The scent was nice though.
Not for me!
I received this for test and review purposes at the Cinq a Sept event, and sadly this was the only product that I found to be really disappointing. I'm not really sure what the purpose of a product like this would be because honestly all it did was make my hair really matted and messy - looked like I had slept on it and not brushed it out. I guess maybe it had a little more volume to it but it wasn't really the kind of volume you want because it just looked like a disaster. On top of that, my hair also looked a little greasy and felt pretty greasy to the touch as well. I guess maybe if you have super fine hair this might work for you? Or perhaps if a hairdresser was using it very sparingly to create some volume for an updo? But honestly I found it to be very disappointing and can't see myself attempting to use it again.
Just tangled
I tend to be pretty simple when it comes to styling my hair so I wonder if maybe I’m just not using this product right but I didn’t find it to be that great. It says it’s a liquid to powder finisher but when it sprayed out it definitely just came out as liquid on my hair. I guess you could say it did give it some texture as it felt kind of crunchy and almost made it tangled like. It took quite a lot of brushing to get it to the point where I could easily run my fingers through my hair.
Nope nope nope
I didn’t know what to expect from this product. I got this product at the Chick advisor Cinq a sept event. It is not for me. The smell is lovely but the product made my hair a frizzy mess. I’m not sure if it’s because my hair is slightly wavy and fine but I put it in to wash it out again. Definitely not a product I’d use. Love the little black bottle though.
Not for me
I got this in my grab bag at the Cinq a Sept event. Sadly, this is not a product for me. I have very curly hair, so I went in with low expectations, but this product did nothing for me. It smelled very nice though and I'm sure I'll find a friend who will love it. #ChickAdvisorCinq
It’s alright
Never seen a texturizing product like this before, make sure you shake it really well after each section and a little goes a long way, don’t go too ham with it cause it will make the hair a little crunchy if you use too much.
Meh for a spray
I dont usually use volume sprays since i have enough volume. The first few sprays it smelt nice than it had a strong chemical smell. I brushed my with my hands some of the spray was on my hands and it left a weird feeling to my hands. Feeling my hair after the spray dried it feels bit odd not soft and fluffy. Not my favourite
It Dries Out The Hair
Honestly, I have a lot to say about this product. This texturizer product did somewhat work on my naturally wavy hair. This is an expensive product as you are only getting 50 ml of product for $21. My hair is very long currently and I will go through this in no time at all. I believe that you are mainly paying for the name. You can find much cheap options at the drugstore. Also, my main gripe with this product is that ALCOHOL IS THE VERY FIRST INGREDIENT ON THE LIST! This is not ideal for anyone with already dry hair because it will further dry out your hair! This made my already frizzy hair more frizzy than it already is which is a no-go for me. Honestly, this is a hard pass for me and the only pro is that the product does smell good.
Meh
I didn't really care for this product, I used it and found it did nothing for my hair. It didn't keep my hairstyle and it definitely did not add any volume. I was very disappointed in this product and was left wanting more.
