For people who want thick hair
I feel as though this product did not suit my hair. It made my hair very thick which my hair already is. I was also unsure how to use it and I had to google it. I found it didn't do much for my hair.
Depends on your hair type.
Pros: Doesn't smell chemically, doesn't leave any chunky or sticky texture in your hair, doesn't leave any visible residues, and will (temporarily) give a bit of ompf.
Cons: I think it is my hair type (very fine) or maybe it's the summer humidity but it seems to work for a bit and then I'll go outside or on with my day and the effect is immediately gone. I think this could would better for someone with very long or short hair that already has a decent amount of body to it.
Better for fine hair
My hair is naturally curly, dry, and somewhat thick. When I sprayed the product on my hair, I didn't notice anything different; it didn't do anything to my hair. However, I lent it to my sister to try (her hair is more fine), and she loved it because it actually gave her more volume at the roots. So it really depends on your hair texture. I would recommend it to those with more straight and fine hair.
Decent hair product
I thought this was a pretty good product. My sister loveddd it! It added volume to my hair. Word of earning do not use too much product or there will be a problem.

Nice Smell, Too Heavy For Fine Hair
I love products that smell great and in my opinion, this one smells very good. I was excited about the idea of a product to help me keep my style for a few days. Unfortunately this product was too heavy for my fine hair. It took quite a while to dry and once it did, it made my hair feel thick and dirty. It was not touchable or attractive at all.
Not suited for medium to thick hair
I have slightly wavy medium hair and I found that this product just didn't meet my expectations. While it did provide a little volume at first, it didn't last throughout the day. It doesn't seem to hold up against the weight up medium hair, so I imagine this would be even more true for thick hair.
However, I do have a friend who has fine hair that tried this product and she loved it. It gave her that extra volume that she wanted. I would recommend this product for those with fine hair.
Not a love.
I really like the smell of it and a few squirts made my fine hair look fuller. It reminds me of a hairspray but didn't make my hair feel wet like hairspray normally does. I don't love it but I haven't tried it with different styles other than straight yet.
Meh; not great but not terrible
I didn’t really see the results with this product, it just made my hair look like I hadn’t brushed it. I could see a bit of volume but not enough to use this product regularly. I have other products that do the same job and work better.

Good Hair Product!
I attended the Chick Advisor event with a friend. We received a gift bag with several items to review with our ticket purchase. Unfortunately, I did not receive the Joico texturing spray. I didn't realize it until we returned home and compared our bags. I drove with my friend from out of town. However, I was able to try my friends spray and it was really interesting. It's a powder initially and you have to shake it up and mist it onto your hair. Then it becomes pretty easy to mold and style. I really liked it!
Volume... but not for long
I received this Texturizing Finisher in the goodie bag at the Cinq a Sept event with Chickadvior.
I was excited to try it out but I'm not sure I'm using it correctly! It says to spray on styled hair... so it is a setting spray or hairspray? But it's supposed to add volume so do I spray my roots and then style?
I admit, beyond a ponytail, I'm not the best at "doing" my hair. But I know it can use all the help in the volume department that it can get! So I sprayed my roots, teased a bit and styled. It seemed to work well at first but I don't think it lasted very long. Maybe it is the humid air this summer or my hair, but It was flat again very soon.
I think I need to experiment more with it to make it work for my hair type. But for now I can't recommend or decide that I will purchase this again.
