Volume and Texture

Enjoyed the lite scent . I don't usually use a texturizer but I enjoyed using this product. No residue and it helped to keep my curls in place
The bottle is small enough to carry around in your purse. Would definitely buy this product

Fun & Easy to Use!

This product was given to me by Chick Advisor inside of my wonderful goodie bag at the end of the Cinq a Sept event. My hair is naturally thick but falls straight. This product definitely added texture and volume to my tresses. I think the liquid-to-powder formula is amazing too. The pump nozzle gives me accurate control over application. You can use as little or as much as you like depending on the look you want to achieve and as per need. I plan on purchasing this product again as part of my hair styling routine :)

Volume restored

I have extremely fine mid length hair and it is extremely soft. I used this product while blow drying and it pumped up the volume and made my hair smooth without leaving it sticky or weighed down.

Nice finish

I don't typically use a finishing spray (I use pomade as a styling product). This spray did give that extra hold and control to some of the hair strands that tend to get loose quickly with just the use of my regular product. My hair doesn't hold shape too well, so I did notice a difference with this spray in how long my hair held the shape. On one of the uses I must have sprayed it either too close or too much, and it did leave my hair looking not as fresh... But that was likely my error in use that one time.

Not an every day product

The Joico Hair Shake Liquid-to-powder Texturizing Finisher has a higher price point for not a lot of product. I also wouldn't use the finisher shake very often, only at the roots for special occasions or nights out when teasing my hair. Other than that I don't have much use for this product.

Don’t love the smell but it works great

I am always looking for hair products to make my wavy hair look more beachy and less frizzy. This Joico hair texturizer did a great job of taking the frizz, however it did make my hair feel a bit straw like. The smell was a bit too chemical for my tastes as well. Overall I liked the results but the finer details were a bit lacking. I will buy this again for the right price.

Not for thick hair

I liked the overall scent, feeling, and texture of this spray but it’s just not for me. My hair is simply too thick and curly for it to be effective. Definitely give it a shot if you have finer hair!

Not for me!

This product was not for me. I'm not sure what the effect as supposed to be, but I ended up having weighted, greasy hair afterwards. I think it would be useful for someone who doesn't mind having a lot of product in their hair.

Great hair shake

This is a really neat hair product. Its almost like a hair spray but with more volume to it. I liked when I used it, it didn't weigh down my hair or make it sticky. It lasted all day and was easy to comb through. Thanks to Chickadvisor for including it our Cinq a Sept bag!!

love my hair

i haven't used joico products a lot and my hair is flat and thin, after using this texturizing finisher, it adds some volume to my hair. i know joico is a bit expensive, but i guess i will buy it as a treat for myself.
