Underdog for colored eyeliner!

This review is for Easyliner for Eyes in the shade Blue Devine. I usually don't experiment with colors but this was a success! This blue eyeliner is so beautiful and brings out my brown eyes so well. The packaging for the eyeliner is a little shifty because once you twist up more product, it rotates back down unless you hold it, but it wasn't a big problem for me. The product glides on easily without excessive tugging on my skin which is really important for my eye products.
