It does it's job, just not in the time claimed

The Topcoat wasn’t a 60 sec dry like it boasts, but it does dry quicker than most top coats. It is a medium thickness, and mildly self levels.

I might buy it again due to the self leveling, but I wouldn't if I needed something to dry quickly.
