Sugar replacement for fancy drinks

Picked this up at Winners. Saw ur several times at various locations. It looks like a fancy brand for sugar-free syrup replacement that's aspartame free. Tried a few flavors, the almond one was rather bland though, barely tasted the almond before it became too sweet. Good to use as simple sugar replacement.
