Worst cleanser

This cleanser is such a let down. It's a 4 in 1, claims to remove makeup, cleanses, tones and hydrates. Didn't remove my makeup, there would lots of makeup left on my face, eyes. Didn't clean my face, tone or hydrate. My face was left feeling dry, heavy and build up left. The only positive thing I can say is that the scent was really nice. Like an orange.
