While jumping rope has been part of my fitness routine for over 10 years now, this is probably the best jump rope I've ever used. The rope is durable yet very light weight. The handles are well balanced and comfortable to grip so that fast spinning is super easy. There are two ropes included, with the black being slightly heavier and thicker than the red, so that the black one is slightly slower and easier to spin when you're a beginner.
All in all I can only recommend this jump rope and would definitely buy it again!
