The material they are made of is durable and the elastic withstands a lot of use. Lots of versatile colors too so that you can match with different outfits. They protect your hair from damage, which can occur when tying with regular elastics. I twist it around three times to prevent it from sliding off, but that all depends on the thickness of your hair. I will consider purchasing more of these in the future.
