Waste of money!!

These do not fit well at all and are very uncomfortable. I couldn't try them on because they had some flooding in the change room, but was told I could return them since I couldn't try them on. I made a special trip to return them a couple weeks later when we were in the city (2 days before Christmas when stores are crazy) because they don't fit at all, and the manager was the most rude and disrespectful person I've ever met. She would not let me return and would only exchange I paid $20 per pair and they were on sale for only $10 that day. I wasted $40. They didn't even have the same design to exchange them. my husband and I were calm and respectful, although disappointed, and she even called security on us!! The security person and the Mall customer service manager told me they get a lot of complaints about that store. Wow I am in disbelief. I even spoke to the district manager James. He was polite at least, but not willing to refund my money. This is a cash grab pop up store who does NOT care about customer satisfaction in the least. Don't waste your money or time.

weird product

It was very weird experience for me. Yes, they are warm, probably they fit, but you fill yourself packed in a plastic bag, your body doesn't breath. I like they patterns, but cannot recommend to wear.

Terrible fit - waste of money

I bought a pair last year while on vacation at Christmas. Nowhere to try them on and when I got home they were too small. It said they were “one size” fits all???? Thought maybe I’d accidentally purchased kids. Today I found myself in another store but, again, nowhere to try them on. The salesperson told me they previously had a problem with the one size but the sizing is better now. I wear size 6 and bought M/L which “fit up to size 14”. Bullshit!!! I can barely wear these. They are soft and super cute but there is no way their sizing is right.

2nd time is not a charm!

This place is a scam, and it took me too long to see it. Last year I bought 2 pairs of leggings for 25 plus tax. I absolutely loved the one pair M/L, even though it's a bit short on me. The other pair same size I bought does not fit, I have to hike up my pants like crazy and they are way too tight, especially in the crotch, but I said I love the pattern and warmth of other ones so it's worth it. I thought this is my favorite store. This year I go back and stupidly buy 2 more pairs. Luckily this time I tried them on in bathrooms because they fit like my crappy pair from last year! Hours and many exchanges later I just gave up and went with 2 pairs I'll probably not wear in public because they are too tight, not comfortable, too crazy a pattern for me ( I was running out of options!) AND one is too short. I was excited for months for the store to come back.. wow what a letdown!

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!

First of all, I created an account to be able to write this review and the "I hate you" is directed at the company. Hate is a strong word and I mean it! It's not about the money, it's about the principle. To start, there are no change rooms in the store so you have to buy them to try them on. That strategy makes sense when you do put them on and realize this was probably done on purpose by the store because no one in their right mind would buy these if they knew what they felt like. I went back and asked for a refund (even though that not part of their policy, go figure!). The workers in the store said they couldn't do anything and the manager wasn't in. I got them to call the manager and the manager said she had no power over that and she would have someone email me by "Tuesday." Guess if I got an email. Horrible product, useless staff and manager and disgusting policy. If anyone knows anyone who wants a job where you don't need to do or know anything and get paid for it, get them to apply for a job as a staff, or better yet, a manager who gets paid more and does the same of nothing. At least that's one positive for anyone lazy and useless you know!! Those people need a job too.. on us, the public!! If you want leggings, go to SHE'S GOT LEGS!! The leggings are way thinners but they feel/fit like a dream. That company is the only reason I considered trusting this piece of shit of a company in the first place. It's still worth the wait to order them online from she's got legs rather than pay for this shit they call fabric wrapped around your legs. If you're going to buy anything from this store, I suggest you do something useful with your money and take $25 and give it to your local homeless person. It's a waaay better use for it!!

worst customer service

bought2 pair of leggings, they were too big brought 2nd pair back for an exchange with tags on as I wore the 1 pair, got home sales lady had given me 2 sizes smaller I didn't even touch them at the place of sale. took them back and explained what happened I did not have the receipt so they would not exchange even thou it was not my fault, I now have a pair of leggings that are useless to me. This is terrible customer service and I will be sure to let everyone hear about my experience.

Awkward, itchy, terrible quality

Probably the worst leggings I've ever bought. I'm 5'1 and the are awkwardly short, the crotch of them sits so weird, they sit weird on your waist, and every time I wear them they make my legs ridiculously itchy. They are over priced garbage. The only nice thing about them is the adorable patterns.

Definately would buy again!

I had purchased 2 pair of Just Cozy Leggings for my daughter for Christmas along with a pair of the sock/slippers. My daughter said they were so comfortable - she loved them. I wear leggings all the time and haven't found anything as comfortable as Just Cozy leggings. I will be cleaning out my wardrobe and replacing them with Just Cozy leggings. They are wonderful! Fit and feel great! And best of all, they don't fall down! lol

Les meilleurs leggings pour les temps froids!

je suis allé en boutiques après les fêtes et avec les spéciaux de liquidation à 10$ les leggings j'en aie profité. Je dois dire qu'on se sent bien à l'intérieur tout doux comme être en pyjama. Le seul point négatif c'est qu'ils sont courts. Je les est portés lors des grands froids hivernaux dans des températures à -20 et plus bas et ils gardent mes jambes bien au chaud. Je dirais que cela vaut la peine d'en posséder quelques paires. Ils sont très pratiques lors des froids ou bien lors de journées à l'intérieur de la maison pour être confortable. Ils viennent en différents motifs tout simplement adorables. Mes préférés ceux avec les chattons.
