Fit too small
Received my first Cozy leggins and felt excited. The pattern in these leggins was gorgeous. However, the fit was utterly too small. I am 5’8” and 143 pounds. Most of my leggins and pants are a medium or size 6. I could barely pull these up over my thighs; thus the crotch sagged and it felt ad if they were falling off. Cant stand that feel. I suggest the designer needs to go back to the drawing board. Us leggy high-waisted girls need something that fits and feels secure on our behinds. The material feels great; improve the fit.
Awkwardly Cut Leggings
I was super excited when I saw this store pop-up in my local mall. It seemed like a great concept. However, I’m happy what I bought was discounted, because the quality has left me a little disappointed.
I typically range between a size 2-4, depends on the brand. I recommend to be wreary that the tags are not true to size. The ‘fits most 00-4’ size was incredibly small. I’m 5’8” and 135lbs considering I’m on the taller end, it was understandable. Figured I’d Exchange them for the next size up, no big deal.
Took them back and returned them for the ‘fits most 4-12’ which was successful initially in getting up my legs and covering my behind - but just barely! I struggle with them constantly riding down, I’m constantly pulling them up throughout the day. They are oddly tight around the thighs which stretches out patterns and just makes them look like they’re too small (even though they can apparently accommodate a size 12).
On the plus side, they are warm and cozy! The issue I have with cheap leggings is they’re usually thin, snag easily and transparent. These are actually thick and come lined with this great fuzzy fabric that’s super soft. Maybe they’d be good under snow pants, but otherwise I’d save your money for something that will fit practically.
Sizing issues
I loved the look of the leggings and all the cute patterns and they were super soft - until I got them home and tried on a pair. I purchased them at a pop up store that did not have a fitting room. If they had I'm sure I would not have purchased them. I normally wear a size 8/10 so got the medium size. They are cut very short from the waist to the crotch and did not stay put when I sat down. Since I could not return for a refund I exchanged them for the larger size. They are better, but still do not fit the way they should. I hope my daughters have better luck with the ones I got them for a Christmas gift.
If you ain't tiny, don't bother
We had little pop up shops for Just Cozy show up for the Xmas season. The designs are super cute, so I took the plunge.
They have One Size fitting, but have one set for 0-12 and one for 12-22. Being 5'5" and a size 16 in jeans with a much smaller waist (it's all in the butt) I opted for the 12-22s.
I have several other company pairs, none lined with the winterized fur, so i was eager. Getting them on at home led to bitter disappointment.
They are, essentially, hip hugger leggings, the waist has a feel like elastic that's been worn, washed and has very little stretch. The legs are done up so the same amount of cloth is in the calves and thighs, leading to tight, stretched out thighs, deformed designs, and loose calves which collectively take pleasure in showing off your underwear choice of the day since there's no cloth or grip up top to keep the darn things in place, and any muscular movement of the thighs encourages them to crawl -down-.. Mind, the leggings stop about 3-4" above the ankle bone. This is compensated with long socks and above the ankle boots but looks silly if you're in the mood for anything that isn't a high top. The heat retention is great, actually better than my long johns, so they're fine for wearing *under* jeans or thin pants (Which..kind of defeats the purpose - but might look slick if you're into the ripped jeans look) Luckily, the sale is 2 for 25.. so, though I'm disappointed with the design, at least I have something functional for under thin pants.
They just don't fit
I am 5'4 and about 150 pounds. I usually wear pants size 6. I got these leggings in medium and they were too short on my waist and didn't cover my legs all the way. I exchanged them for a large and now they fall off. Bad product. Save your money and don't buy.
I had the same experience. At 5'5" with a medium frame, I generally wear a size 8 pant or medium. These were much too short in the waist. Exchanged for a large at a pop- up location and they are falling off of me, went back to the location and they're gone, and now I can't find a location to exchange again. If anyone knows how to contact this company, please let me know. Thanks!
Was so happy and gracious to receive a pair of these from a lovely friend at Christmas. These are thick fleece leggings with a super soft insulated lining. They come in various colours and adorable designs. They are so comfy and warm.
Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is the sizing! They come in a 'one-size-fits-all' to fit 0-12. Due to the thickness of the fabric they are not very forgiving. At 5'7 with a slim frame, though they fit in the waist, they are far too short for my long legs!! The length from the top of the leggings to the crotch is also very short. The butt always falls down and does not stay on the waist /hip area. I love how soft they are, but they are just not practical to wear outside the home.
These would be much better suited for those who's heights are average to below average. I also don't see these fitting the entire desired size range... I would say they would probably fit up to a regular size 8.
