Good once you can get it on

My sister picked this up in Japan, but I believe you can get this on various online websites as well (ie. Amazon). I've used this for about 2 months now and I do like the eyeliner. However, with that being said, I don't think I would say this is the BEST eyeliner on the market. This eyeliner has a fine tip and applies smoothly. However, I find that after I apply one of my eyes, it almost feels like there isnt enough ink to apply my second eye and my second eye becomes a really sad "rolled out of bed" look. This is also me only applying a small amount on the first eye so if you like a thicker liner, you might even run out while doing your first eye. The challenge I find with this is there is no "twist" at the end to release more ink if needed so I have just been putting this on my counter upright so the ink "flows" to the bottom every night, and I will have pooled enough ink by the morning. This is rather inconvenient if you like to carry your liner around (no "pooling" prep can be done) or you forget and leave it laying down for the night. Staying power is okay and it doesnt smear, but by the end of the day you can tell it's definitely faded.
