So I have been using this for a few months now and have for the most part stopped smoking. I may have 1 regualr cigarette here and there but I love the e-cig. Mine currently has the flavor fuzzy peach and with the right flavor, strength of nicotine and the right machine almost any smoker can quit and I encourage people to try it. If you switch back and forth between e-cig and cigarettes that's ok and perfectly normal. Some people go back and forth and some people can straight up quit. There are so many different flavors to try from sweets, liquor, savory, and regular tobacco flavored . You just have to find the right one for you.
