My son and I love the taste of these crunchy granola bars that contain 3 grams of fibre and less sugar than most other brands. Each packet contains two bars that each snap apart into two granola fingers that make them easy to eat or share.

Grainy goodness!

If you enjoy whole grains and dark chocolate melded together in one delightful rectangle, this is definitely the bar for you. The calories are inline with other granola bars but you're not getting all of the extra garbage included in other bars. They're a bit crumbly, which I like despite the mess it can create. The taste is perfect. However, they're not exactly the cheapest on the shelf so look out for sales and coupons then bulk buy!! You won't be sorry! #nutritiousanddelicious

This delicious treat is full of flavour, has some nutrients and is a decent price. Great afternoon snack at the office for between meals. And low calories.

Great granola bar

Amazing Granola bar - I can eat like 2 packettes in one sitting . Also have very picky eaters for children - these are not a problem to get them to eat! Highly recommend if your looking for a lighter type of granola bar

These are my daughter's new favorite lunch snack. She actually requests that I buy more. She loves the taste and mom loves that they are filled with whole grains.

amayzing snack on the go!

I love my granola bars but when I sat down and read the ingredients I realised that it is not the most healthy snack option. however on one trip to Costco we picked up the kasha bars and I have fallen in love. they taste amazing and the chocolate adds the perfect amount of sweetness without being overbearing. they are filling and a great alternative to chocolate bars for me.

I can't get enough of this bar. It is tasty, filling and best of all healthy.
The grains are great with just a little touch of chocolate makes for a perfect breakfast, snack or between meals to keep you going. Packs a lot of energy.
