Wanna know the key to my heart?
No it's not diamonds ...
CEREAL.
Who else wouldn't want to start their day with a jaw-breaking (in the best way possible) crunchy protein/fibre filled bowl of cereal that actually tastes good?!
Submerse those thick Kashi clusters in a tsunami of your favourite yogurt (Greek or not) or your finest milk skimmed to your liking.
Forget those silly flakes or rice puffs that will leave you diving into the fridge after an hour. Kashi keeps you perfectly satisfied for up to 3 hours.
Carry on those hunger-killing goodies along with you by picking up a box of the granola bars Kashi offers in a variety of flavours - Dark Mocha Almond, Dark Chocolate Coconut, Honey Almond Flax and more!
This is such a tasty and crunchy cereal. It is high in protein which is a bonus. I usually only buy it when it's on sale though.
Love this cereal! Just wish that it wasn't so expensive. But getting it on sale and with coupons is worth it!
I am heart broken by the recent news of Kashi not only being owned by Kellogg's, but also having GMOs in their products. I have thrown everything Kashi-related away. Please be aware.
I always thought that feeding my family Kashi cereal was a smart choice but I recently found out it has GMO's in the soy and is not as natural as it claims...bad Kashi. By the way owned my Kellogg's.
For such an expensive cereal, I was unimpressed. It almost tasted stale. I understand it is supposed to be good for you but I have eaten many other cereals that are good for you that have taste and flavor and are equally priced or less expensive than Kashi. No one in my house hold liked it.
While not the cheapest cereal, Kashi has come a long way over the last years to becoming MUCH MUCH more accessible to the general market. This is my cereal of choice. It has just the right amount of sweetness, a great taste, a perfect crunch and it is relatively one of the healthiest alternatives in terms of cereal. It provides an incredible amount of fiber and other important nutrients for your daily needs, including the 5 whole grains and wheat and no HFCS. It is a little disappointing that the American version of this exact same cereal has a better nutritional file, but it doesn't mean that this cereal doesn't comparatively have one of the best among commercial brand cereals. Also the picture in this specific review is of Go Lean Crunch, which has significantly more sugar than the regular Kashi Go Lean! Do not make the mistake of mixing up the two cereals.
Excellent cereal. Healthy and tasty. Love the crunch and the right amount of sweetness. Filling and easy on the hips.
love kashi cereal, thanks very much for this kashi, healthy love all the flavours, usually buying it when it goes on sale with coupons as well nice product for breakfast
I received a sample of this from Kashi, and I was really impressed. It tasted absolutely delicious - it had a nice crunch, and wasn't too sweet. It wasn't as filling as other cereals, but it's definitely still worth purchasing!
