One of the less sugary cereals

Most cereals tend to have a lot of sugar in them, but this is the first cereal I've encountered with minimal sweetness. I find the taste perfect. Not too sweet and has crunch texture to it. Great with yogurt.

A little bland, but full of protein and fibre

Kashi GoLean original cereal bills itself as high fibre high protein, and it is. The plant protein is soy, which can cause digestive upset in some people. It has honey and cane syrup in it for a bit of sweetness, but honestly I found the flavour to be quite bland. I wouldn’t call it a pleasant eating experience. But, with 13g of fibre and 12g of protein in 1.25 cups, it keeps me full for a long time. I’d recommend to a friend for that reason. It’s quite pricey to buy, so wait for it to go on sale.

    dry

i find these to be very dry tasting. they also stay really crunchy so when you leave them in the cereal they are still hard. they are okay but not a cereal i would keep buying

    Good source of fibre

This cereal is high in fibre. It is on the pricey end but it tastes great. I'm not sure if I would pick it in comparison to other high fibre cereals just because of the price.

This cereal/granola tastes healthy, i.e. not as overly sweet as many other granolas. It's hearty and filling. Just what I look for in a granola.

So many harsh comments :)) I like the cereal, I prefer hard crunch. Im not a fan of sweetened cereal so this I find to be great. Healthy and texture works for me.

I agree that this isn't the healthiest of cereals out there but it tastes great. I generally eat this with yogurt as a snack but it tastes really great.

I LOVE this cereal. I get it when it is on sale as it is a bit expensive...
I haven't bought it in a while because I find that I eat too much of it and it is a bit high in calories and fat to be eating right out of the box. Overall, a very good cereal though.

I have tried the Kashi GoLean Honey Almond Flax cereal. It is really tasty. It's a little pricey and the size of the box isn't that big but it is quality for the money. It has a really nice flavour and a small bowl quickly fills you up.
