Went on a gluten reduce diet. Tastes great as a breakfast cereal as it was not too sweet and the flavour combinations of the cereal with milk was good. The dried cereal on its own was good as a midnight snack too. What got my attention initially was the verified non GMO project stamp on the box as well as the statements organic and gluten-free.

I love this cereal! When I first tried it I loved the combination of honey and the berries plumped up really nicely and actually tasted good. I had it with So Good vanilla soy milk and that made the cereal even better. The only problem I had with this was that at the end of the box, the cereal got much too crummy to be enjoyable
