This is a gluten free cereal. As the name says, it is simply corn. That's it. Tastes just like corn too! Has a nice crunch to it. The only downside, is the kernals get stuck in my teeth :(

Crunchy, bit of a sweetness. Gets stuck in teeth. It is pricey, but there's coupons. I wouldn't buy this flavor again, I would try indigo morning.

This cereal is certified organic and non-gmo. The taste is simple and clean with a hint of sweetness.
