Received these as a freebee and was pleasantly surprised as I enjoyed the taste more than I was expecting. They are hard and crunchy but I didn't mind. Have since bought them at Costco.

Wholesome Bar With Perfect Sweet & Salty Blend

I bought a box of these from Wal Mart for around $4. The box came with 10 bars, with two bars per wrapper. Every two bars is 170 calories and contains fibre, iron, and magnesium. Each bar has a line along the middle, allowing it to be easily cut into two thin long rectangles. The bars are made from whole grain oats and a blend of wholesome grains, such as barley, buckwheat, and quinoa. The taste of the grains comes through a lot. The bars are crunchy with a firm texture. They have a wholesome nutty grain taste with a mild sweetness. They taste healthy and hearty, while also giving a sweet and salty flavour combination that keeps me wanting more. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. They are one of my favourite bars I've ever tried.

Not a fan

I recieved a free sample of these and I don't like them. Too hard for my taste......
I'd rather have something that doesn't risk breaking my tooth lol

Delicious nutritious snack

I'm a bit of a health freak and these bars are a perfect snack. They are so delicious and just the right amount of crunch. Not too cardboard like some other types of nutritious snacks. Definitely recommend !!

Will buy!

I was surprised I liked it, The coating reminds me of the Teddy Graham bear honey cookies, but healthier. My sister loved them and said it tasted like oatmeal cookies but much better.
Found our new quick snack bar to buy!

On the go snack

Really crunchy and tasty. Good price. Comes with 5 packages with 2 bars in each. Has grains and quinoa and many health benefits. I recommend this product. It's good for on the go.

A good choice for a healthy-ish bar

I received a sample bar and was looking forward to trying it as I love the Kashi brand in general. The bar is very crunchy and has a good texture, it is not overly sweet and it doesn't really taste like a 'healthy' granola bar.

It wasn't the best granola bar that I have ever had, but it was pretty good. I think they are worth trying if you see them on sale.

Go to snack!

These are definitely one of my go to snacks. They taste great.. They are a little on the more expensive side so I try and buy them when they go on sale.

Even my 3 year old loves them!

I received one as a sample recently and the next day went out and bought a box.
These are so tasty and nutritional too. Even my three year old loves them and that's just amazing! They're on the more expensive side of granola bar type snacks, but definitely worth it considering what they are.
Perfect amount of crunch without being too crumbly and the flavours are just great.
