Works well on dry skin

I love this to set concealer under my eyes and blur pores, etc. I have dry skin and I don't find this clings to my skin in a way that accentuates my dry skin. I would repurchase this, except for the cost. It's a bit out of my budget so I think I would try a drugstore product that duplicates the same effect.
