Won't be purchasing anything Kate Spade again

Poor quality products - the bag I bought broke after 7 months. Their customer service was super unhelpful, I was after a repair and they told me to take it to somewhere 1,500k from where I live. Super unhelpful I'll be trashing the bag because I now refuse to wear something with the KS logo on and promote such cheap tacky products.
