Great for waterlines

This liquid eyeliner has a rectangular end that you blot on sides to then apply to your waterlines. I use this eyeliner every time I do my eyeliner on the bottom. I will definitely buy it again from Sephora when I run out. It works great for doing your waterlines and does not budge like other eyeliners and I use it on my lower lash line too.
