Great Flavour

I recently tried these and they are so good. I'll take them everyday to work as a quick snack now. Can't wait to buy more. They are not too expensive that I can justify buying them often.

A great and delicious way to get more fibre! I have one of these almost every morning. Tastes great with a banana and some greek yogurt! I will definitely buy these again.

Wholesome Taste With A Hint of Honey

Each pack comes with two nicely sized cereal bars. Each bar has a divide line along the middle, making it easy to break the two bars into four smaller sized bars.

As soon as I open the package, it fills the area with the delicious smell of honey and wheat. The bar is crunchy and crumbly, but not in a way that makes it messy to eat. It tastes wholesome with a mild sweetness from the honey. The combination tastes like oat, wheat and grains with a hint of honey. If you are looking for an overly sweet snack, this may not be what you are looking for.

Asides from tasting great, each bar has 24 per cent of daily fibre intake, as well as plenty of other vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, folate, thiamine, and iron.

These can be found at plenty of grocery stores for a decent price, but still a bit more costly than some other bars. I tend to look for sales on these but they are worth their regular price too.
