Good for bloating and constipation
I got this as a free coupon from my doctor. And when I tried it I found releved in bloating and constipation. Really good stuff. It's full of fiber and psyllium husk. My doctor suggested to take it 3 to 4 times per week with yogurt. I find it a bit on the expensive side though and also has sugar I am looking for same kind of stuff which would be less in value and has no sugar in it would be good for me as I am watching my weight.
Delicious Topper But a Wee Bit Expensive
We are a greek yogurt family, and finding a healthy, delicious topper can sometimes be difficult with so many granolas with added sugars on the market these days. We recently purchased the All-Bran Buds and were delighted with the taste and texture - we've even started to add a bit to our cereals! I do find that it's quite expensive, so I may wait to buy another box again when they are on sale.
easy way to get fibre
Kellogg's all-bran buds is a tasty cereal that can be eaten for breakfast, or as a snack with yogurt. It can be added to meatloaf, and tastes great in muffins.
Great way to add fibre to your diet, My husband sprinkles some on top of other cereals or eats them on top a of yoghurt and berries. Delicious and healthy!
As I suffer from an inflamatory desease of my digestive system, those cereal literally help me. I think it's beacause the psyllium fiber in it. Well, I strongly recommand it to everyone suffering from digestive deseases.
I purchased this product and I add it to my other Kellogg's Cereal just to get the extra fiber I love the taste of it I always purchase this product when it's on sale at a great price I would recommend it to anyone
Absolutely love this cereal, very high in fiber, without tasting like cardboard. Has a little sweet flavour too. Great to top of your yogurt & fruit. You can even use it in your homemade burgers, salad etc. We all could use more fiber in our diet. Try it out today ....awesome!
