Yes, its very sugary. I don't eat this with milk, more like a snack from the box. I work on cruise ships, and we get the tiny boxes of cereal at breakfast. This is really popular with crew because we can take them with us when we just want a little snack. It's a staple for me when I'm at sea.

Oh the sugar. My kids LOVE this cereal. Always ask me to buy them. The box only last about 1-2 days though with 4 kids.
