I have tried the blueberry and the cherry flavour, but the cherry is the better of the two. I really like the taste of the individual pieces of nuts and fruit, nut just a mush. And it is not too sweet.

I actually got a free package of these at Walmart today though Coupgon. I was so excited too discover this on my app today that I went to Walmart just too pick these up! I love the fact that these bars are gluten free. I have too refrain from wheat products for a bit and its hard these days too find a great gluten free snack.

These bars have peanuts, cherries, almonds, raisins, wholegrain oats, and dates!! Yum! They did taste absolutely delicious and my son kept asking for more. They did not taste super sweet at all. Semi-sweet is how I would describe it. They do contains corn syrup, fructose, palm oil and sulphites...Wish they would have more of a natural sweeetner in this product. I believe it would taste just as good without the added sugars.

The one reason I absolutely love these bars is because they are gluten free. My brother has celiac disease and I try to have a lot of gluten free foods and snacks on hand for him to enjoy. It is sweet without being too sweet and has the perfect amount of crunch. It is also convenient to put in your bag for on the go when you need a little boost of energy.
