I love these bars. I am allergic to strawberries so it is hard to find cereal bars that don't have strawberries in them. I love the blueberries. My mom bought these because she is watching her diet and has to control her sugar intake. She says that these Special K ceral bars are good, but they don't do much for her appetite. She says that they do not work as a meal replacecment, but are good for a sweet tooth. They have 90 calories and 7 grams of sugar per serving. It fits well into her diet and she says that it is well worth every calorie and gram of sugar. She says that the raspberry flavor stands out the most, and the cheesecake flavor was nonexistent.
