Definetly not a health food but still not bad for a snack now and again. Crispy. I'd wait for it to go on sale or for a coupon, its not a product that I'd absolutely have to get.

These are ok. Like most other "granola bar" type snacks I only buy when they are on sale. They are a low-cal, low-sugar Pop-Tart wannabe. Nice for a sweet treat but not all that exciting or satisfying. I'd like to try the chocolate flavour which might change my mind about them!

I tried this the other week for a snack since I was between meals and I have to say that the flavour was great, it tasted good. Usually with many types of granola/breakfast/snack bars they don't taste as good as they look. This was yummy and held me over until my lunch.

They taste very good... I actually forget that they are only 100 calories. I love grab one of these and taking it on the go. My boyfriend even takes them in his lunch tin to work.

These are a good treat when i'm craving something sweet. They come in a few different flavours, I like strawberry and brown sugar. They are not priced badly, and coupons are usually floating around.

Just tried these a couple weeks ago. I love the flavour and texture. Its a great light snack. My kids actually like them too and wanna eat the whole box. I would definitely buy these on sale though as I find they are a little pricey.

If you like PopTarts, you'll love this product, and without the guilt! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked them. I've always been a Special K fan so I was quite anxious to try their newer products. They are light and airy with just the right amount of crispiness and sweetness. The little string of vanilla icing is just right. They are by no means high in nutritional value compared to fresh fruit or veggies but if you feel that you absolutely need a 'sweet something' this would be a good go-to snack choice. So for this reason I gave it a pretty good nutritional value rating. They are in individual 2 crisps per pouch packages (100 cal 2g fat 7g sugar per pack) so it makes portion control and calorie counting safe and easy. Great for in your purse, car or desk. So if you are reaching for that cookie or doughnut I suggest you grab a fruit crisp instead.
