I having been consuming this shake for two weeks now. It taste ok but I it haven't made any difference for me. It was poorly package though, the bottle cap has too much glue so I had to transfer it to a glass so I can drink it to avoid excess glue from remaining on my lips. Really not impressed by it.

I like the Chocolate Flavor and have tried the Strawberry as well .. I don't find them to be to filling though.

I actually quite like these shakes , I do however think they are pretty pricey. I had a free coupon to try them , and I would definitely buy them if I find them on sale or with a coupon.

These are delicious. Especially the strawberry flavour. Only drawback is that they are fairly expensive.

I had a coupon for buy one get one free for these and I ended up buying a vanilla and strawberry. I personally found it very satisfying and I didn't feel hungry after I had one. My husband on the other hand said he was still starving after one. So maybe he should have had 2? He's a big guys mind you so that's probably what he should have done. I had the vanilla and it was a smooth, nice flavour. My husband had the strawberry and he said they were okay.

Great tasting, especially the vanilla. I love it because it tasted like custard. The shakes are filling and really do satisfy you like a meal. It's great when I'm on the go and don't have time to eat. The sugar content is a little high but it's loaded with nutrients and protein.
