I really like to have these in my home for my family when there is just no time to make them a healthy breakfast or even for a quick healthy snack. #Kellogg's Special K Protein #Breakfast Shakes are very accessible you just give it a shake and you have a healthy drinkable breakfast. I often drink one of these in on the mornings when I have to be at work early. Kellogg's Protein Shakes come in a variety of great flavors my (personal favorite is Latte) but my second favorite is chocolate . With 10 grams of protein and 12 essential vitamins I know I am giving my family and myself a healthy alternative. Highly recommend for people with busy lives.

I love these! I'm always busy in the mornings so I usually drink one while I wait or walk to the bus stop. It's filling and doesn't taste chalky, it's a very enjoyable texture.

I absolutely love Kellogg's Shakes.
I tried all of the flavours available and I can't pick a favourite they are all so good.
The price is great considering I can't drink a full bottle in one sitting.
They are great for on the go since you can put the lid back on and keep it from spilling.

I bought these per my doctor's request because due to my gastro problems I need extra protein in my diet. I can't eat specific foods, so I drink 2 of these daily. They are smooth tasting with no chalky aftertaste.

I did not purchase Special K's Protein Breakfast Shakes to lose weight or for the typical dietary reason. I have Crohn's Disease and often I am forced onto a liquid diet, or a diet that is so restricted I miss out on protein and a lot of nutrients. I needed something to get those things into my body, and I hated the taste of other products like Boost and Ensure, and the majority of these are made with mostly oils and chemicals, which puts me off. But Special K's Shakes are actually delicious (and they just released a bunch of new flavours like Cafe Latte and Mocha, mmm!) and they actually have quality ingredients. I wish they were slightly less pricey, but I do find them on sale sometimes, so I stock up then. Excellent if you are lacking any vitamins or protein in your diet.
