Loaded with sugar. Not a fan of the taste. Too artificial and sweet tasting for me.

Really don't like these! They made me so sick and gave my boyfriend an allergic reaction! Had to get rid of all of them and flavor-wise, they're all super artificial tasting to me with the strawberry one being the most artificial of them all.

Every now and then I like to experiment with "weight loss" products. This kellogg's shake claimed to keep you full from breakfast till lunch with just one bottle. It claimed to be a breakfast replacement meal. All false!! A couple co workers and I decided to try it out for a week. We were hungry an hour after drinking this shake.

I do not recommend this to anyone who is trying to loose weight. It tastes more like a sugar filled milk shake from McDonalds.

At first I was like "hey I do like Special K products" and "hey I don't really eat breakfast" so there was arguments to try it. NEVER AGAIN. Tastes horrible (not even sure if it tastes something) weird texture and I cannot pronounce myself on the result since I couldn't get through the first sip.

I having been consuming this shake for two weeks now. It taste ok but I it haven't made any difference for me. It was poorly package though, the bottle cap has too much glue so I had to transfer it to a glass so I can drink it to avoid excess glue from remaining on my lips. Really not impressed by it.
