Special K cinnamon Protein cereal

I bought this cereal because it was recommended by my dietician. I am not a big fan of breakfast. I am surprised that I like this cereal. It is not too sweet, nice and crunchy. I should also say that I eat cereal without milk. This was perfect. I added fruit for a little additional taste, but it does not need anything else. Would buy again. Lots of protein for a cereal.

Do not let the title of this review fool you! I love cereal in the morning, it's quick, it tastes good and keeps me full much longer than picking up a quick breakfast sandwich on the way to work.

I like cereals that aren't too sweet as I already have my coffee in the morning with two and a half sugars lol!! So I like to keep it simple with this cereal AS IS, and milk. Not only is this quick to eat simply because you don't need to add to it but it has so many health benefits!!! So why not right??

Protein Cereal vanilla flavoured

I recently bought the Special K High protein cereal, it has a great mild vanilla flavour but the kids don't really like it as it is too crunchy for them, I know lots of people love crunchy cereal but my nieces do not and that's who I really bought it for thinking it would be a great start to their day at school. I would recommend it for adults who like the crunch but for little ones I would have to pass on it next time.

Going to be buying this again!

Has a great oaty texture along with chunks of cereal...a little hard to describe but it's sort of along the same lines as the Quaker Harvest Crunch Granola/Cereal, except not nearly as crunchy! Although the picture on the box is a little deceiving because a lot of the chunks are quite big, but they break up quite easily. Really delicious and good as a snack in yogurt or with milk!

J'aime bien ces céréales pour les matins pressés. Elles contiennent beaucoup de protéines et me soutiennent pour une bonne partie de l'avant-midi. Toutefois, le goût est un peu fade, goûte plus le sucre que la vanille. Les céréales ont aussi une texture poudreuse.

Although this cereal may be considered a little bland. It has a nice taste and offers a mix of flavours. I like to take this cereal with me for a quick snack on the go.

I grew up eating Special K so I was interested in trying this new one with the addition of protein. It was tasty and had more of a crunch to it. I would buy it again.
