Tasty Treat

I'm not much of a nutritional bar person and find they don't fill me up. That said, this Special K bar is delicious and has lots of nuts and chocolate! However, it also has 170 calories / bar, so for me it would be more of a dessert or treat bar. Really tasty though!

Protein bar gets a thumbs up!

I was selected to review this product and received a free bar to sample. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it only had 9 grams of sugar which is super important for this stage 4 cancer warrior who looks for snacks that are 10 grams of sugar or lower in her diet. I also require a lot of protein in my diet and this bar packs in 9 grams per serving. I did enjoy the taste as dark chocolate is my favourite and it contained just the right amount of nuts. As a geocaching family, we will be purchasing these bars in the future for a perfect snack.
