Convenient and fills you up

Easy to take in the car or if you have no time for a big breakfast. Good for anyone even the kids. Not that unhealthy. Fills you up . tastes amazing. Refrigerate , shake and go ! Can be pricey (loblaws $7.99 , Walmart $5.49). But worth it for 4 bottles.

I am a mom on the go who works from home and seems to always be running out of time. I actually skip breakfast the most and even though it's a bad habit sometimes I just don't have the time to sit and have a nice meal. I first saw these at shoppers and even though they are a little bit on the pricier side for my liking, I decided to give it a go because it was better than not having breakfast at all.

It tastes exactly like chocolate milk, except it's packed with vitamins and protein to keep you energized. I actually love how convenient it is and I'm enjoying having a drink before I get on with my day. The only downside is the price. If I could get another option of this for a cheaper price I would, but for now I am happy to drink my chocolate milk.
