Love the crunch! Backyard BBQ is AMAZING! Sea Salt and Vinegar was pretty good. Plain Sea Salt was kind of boring.
Another Chick member was telling me how she won a few free bags of Kettle brand chips and how good she thought they were. I hadn’t ever heard of them and looked for them in stores where I live for sometime before I finally came across some. Although they show on their web site that they come in fifteen different flavours I was only able to find about four. The Sea Salt and Vinegar and the Honey Dijon flavours looked good so I bought those two. I was pretty surprised at how hard the chips were compare to any other chips I’ve tried and at first this put me off. How ever after I started to eat more that all went away because they really are very good. The texture grows on you and you find yourself reaching for more. I really enjoy the Honey Dijon witch really surprised me because it wasn’t a flavour I associated with potato chips. After eat half the bag I realised that they did remind me of the potato strip dip that I make. The Sea Salt and Vinegar were alright, but they were a bit to vinegary for me. Over all I’d definitely give them a thumbs up and tell you to at least give them a try. You might surprise yourself like I did.
I really love these chips there really crunchy and they have quite a few flavors to pick from.My favorite is the salt and fresh ground pepper ones you can really taste the natural pepper taste which goes so well with the salt they really balance each other out. They are always golden and super crispy with lots of flavor.
They quite often go on sale that is when I treat myself.I find lots of the other chips on the market really bland or full of MSG these are perfect. The ingredients are simple and you can understand whats in these chips when you read the label that is always a good thing to see!
Kettle features all-natural products, with its best-known brand being their batch-cooked extra crunchy potato chips. Their potato chips are fried using expeller-pressed high monounsaturated safflower and/or sunflower oil. Kettle-style chips are processed differently from regular potato chips: they're cut more thickly, and aren't rinsed before cooking at lower temperatures. The result is a substantial, crunchier potato chip.
It has some great qualities, and other family members really like these chips. Personally I don't like the texture of this product, they just seem to hard, and not my taste. No for me on this one !!
I tried these chips because I have heard so many great things about baked potato chips and I was not disappointed. These chips have just the right amount of flavor and they are very crunchy and satisfying. Also, the calorie count for one serving is pretty good so I am able to indulge without feeling guilty.
