Love my cup of tea

We use our Keurig DAILY several times a day, I love the selection of coffee, teas, and hot chocolates you can get for it. It heats up quick. My only complaint is that we have had to replace it in less than 2 years, it could have been not descaling it often enough but it stopped working completely. And this time I have made sure to register for the warrenty

Very convenient

My husband and I don't drink a large amount of coffee so brewing a pot always meant we were wasting quite a bit. The Keurig was exactly what we needed. We can both make a coffee in the morning and there is no waste. I like the variety of coffee you can get although I prefer a few brands. I also like that you can brew a variety of different sizes. I use this without a coffee pod to make tea and even dispense water for oatmeal as it is quicker than heating up a kettle. We set the timer on the touch screen and the machine turns on and is ready when my husband leaves for work. It automatically turns off after 30 minutes. We have had our machine for about 3 years and it still works great. Descaling the machine every 2 months or so takes a bit of time but is well worth it. I like that the pods are now made so they can be recycled too. It means less plastic in our landfills.

I've had better coffee

I loved my new Keurig for the first year or so. Then after awhile, the coffee just didn't taste that great at all. I would clean it often to try to get the taste better, but it just wasn't too great. It is nice that you can brew a cup of coffee so quickly and have it be single serve, so it's nice for that. But if you're looking for great tasting, fresh coffee, this isn't your best bet.

This is great for single serve cups of coffee and tea. I love using the individual portions for my hot water as well. This product is also fast at heating and producing if you are in a rush for a spout of hot water,
