Too Expensive and Ineffective
I live in a city with very hard water. Calcium builds up on everything over time, including my Keurig. Once every few months, my Keurig gives me the error of death which is "Prime Pump." For my machine, this means time to descale. I bought this cleaner, and despite following directions to the letter, it did not do anything.
After cleaning, my Keurig still wouldn't work/pump water into reservoir. Next I tried white vinegar, which was cheaper, and it got my Keurig up and running again. However, took lots of rinses before my coffee stopped tasting like a tossed salad.
Ultimately, for those of us with very hard water, I found my best best bet to be filtered or bottled water. Since switching to a cheap supermarket brand of bottled water, haven't had the issue at all, and it is cheaper than this stuff. Skip this.
