Lots of issues after a few months of use

We have had two of these units in the past year, they konk out after they are descaled. Unit over fills the cup and sometimes won't shut down.. Customer service is terrible they require proof of purchase so i'm out of luck on a replacement because the person that gave me the brewer can't find the reciept..

We have tried bottled water, tap water, build up no matter what is bad..

Will be looking for another brand of brewer in the future.. They look nice but have a lot of issues.. Keep a coffee maker handy so you don't get stranded!

Perfect size and Perfect for my needs

This is a perfect sized coffee maker that I use at work - everyone loves the smell of coffee drifting from my cubicle in the afternoons that now I supply coffee to several of my co-workers. It's the perfect size and gets the job done

Best present ever

I received this Keurig for my birthday and I have to say it was that best present ever. I'm completely addicted. It brews so fast. And the coffee is delicious. There is no mess to clean up afterwards which I love. It's convenient for me because most of the time I'm in a hurry.

I've tried other single serve coffee makers and have decided Keurig is the best. Its simple to use and is always consistant making each and every cup of coffee enjoyable

I lobe my Kuerig coffee maker it makes the perfect coffee every day i cant imagine my mornings starting without it..no matter what brand of pod i use it always is perfect

A worthwile purchase

Well, we owned a different brand of single serve machine for a number of years and it finally gave up the ghost. My husband and I had decided that the Keurig would be our next machine, and we have no regrets! I like that we can make different size cups, and the carafe. The carafe option even offers the choice of different amounts in the carafe. I wish there were more variety in the carafe size pods, but I do like that we were able to get the basket to use ground coffee if we want to make a carafe - and we can also use grounds to make larger travel mugs. All in all we're very happy with it. I love that we can program it to make coffee in the morning, and also set frequently used mug size as well as make the coffee stronger or just "as is". There's even a hot cocoa button which is nice.

I love this coffee maker it's my favorite I use it everyday I make apple cider and cocoa I love how it has lights and easy to clean really recommend this coffee maker :)
