I purchased the Keurig special edition brewer in February of this year and the whole family loves it. My husband drinks coffee, I drink tea only and my kids will make a hot chocolate once in a while. Easy to use and clean. We buy different types of flavors and can switch according to our moods. I also use it just to have hot water and then I use a tea or tisane bag. We also purchased the use your own coffee filter but there is a little problem with the coffee overflowing and then you get the grains in you cup... not cool but there is a way to avoid this : cut a piece of coffee filter and place it on top before putting on the lid. This is a little too much work for my husband but he enjoys his cup of coffee in the morning and we have reduced the cost of coffee for the visit to the coffee shop has been reduced.

The only thing I have to say that is bad about this product is the packaging of the coffee: there is a lot of waste and it cannot be recycled unless you want to have a big mess on your hands. I hope that they invent an ecological container that can be composted like the sun chip bags.

I received the Keurig Elite machine approximately six months ago and I am thrilled with the results. Mornings in my house used to take up all available counterspace with kettles, coffee pots and such. Now, we can brew coffee, tea, and hot chocolate quickly and easily. No more mess or fuss. The only negative thing that I have found so far is that the Kcups for the machine are quite expensive. Be prepared to spend between $10-$14 dollars for 12-18 cups. Overall, a great product for people short on time, single cup drinkers, or multi drink preferences

I have owned a Keurig machine for 5 years. I upgraded to the Elite 2 years ago and love it! I can make my own personal choice of flavor, decaf, hot chocolate or iced teas. The varieties of Kcups are endless. The brewer is quiet and quick. It only takes about 3 minutes to go from off to coffee! I love the ease of clean-up and everyone gets to choose their own type of hot beverage, The kids love to use it for making hot chocolate. I just buy the large cannisters of hot chocolate and let them scoop in cocoa to their taste. Highly recommend getting a Keurig!
