100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I have curly hair and this product works very well for me. It is pricey, but I find it is worth it. A little goes a long way. It gives my hair good nourishment and hold without feeling like there is actually any product in it.
I really enjoyed the Born Again. It is silky to touch, and applies wonderfully to damp hair, and smells amazing. If you are in a rush and don't take the time to brush it through/work it through your hair, it will leave small portions feeling greasy, but this can be said of any serum product. It makes my fine, damaged hair feel bouncy and gives it a sheen. My hairdresser constantly recommends this product and I have to agree with him.
I dye my hair a lot. Usually every four to six weeks and and I wash my hair every other day or every few day. So that means a lot of blow drying. With that being said, my hair goes through a lot and it needs some type of conditioner to help it through all the radical changes.
Born Again is a fantastic conditioner! It can also be used as a treatment, so when I have that extra time I leave it in for 15 to 20 minutes. Instead of heading off to a salon and paying that extra $20 to $30 for a hair treatment I can just pay for a bottle of Born.Again and do it at home spending less then a fraction of the cost
I have medium length, relatively fine hair so I only need about the size of a quarter of product in my hair or just a little more.
You can usually get Kevin Murphy products at salons and it usually goes for $35. It's fairly pricey for 250ml BUT you get a lot of uses out of it. It's not like a conditioner you pick up at a drug store every month. It should last a few months at the least. If you find yourself having to buy another at least 4 weeks later you're probably using too much.
It's a great product for someone who has colour/chemical treated hair. Plus Kevin Murphy products are organic. Well the majority of the ingredients are organic.
Worth trying for sure, if skeptical about purchasing ask a stylist at a salon see if they have samples!
