I've never used a Kiehl's product before, but when a friend told me that this new eye "de-puffer" had been sold out for months, I decided to give it a try. I have both eye puffiness and dark circles and I'm happy to report that this product seems to have improved both! it does take some geting used to, it's in a stick form (like a chapstick) but the formula glides on easily. It also absorbs very quickly and has a very good effect. The only disadvantages - a) i think the applicator is a bit too large for the eye area and b) it seems to be much cheaper in the US! But I will be adding this to my beauty staples, stocking up on it the next time I'm across the border:)
