Baby H has very dry skin and had baby acne from birth up to about 3 months. I was advised to try this and though I hesitated at the price tag - thought we would give it a go since we had tried other brands and nothing was working. The cream is a nice consistency and has a pleasant but not overpowering scent. With his sensitive skin the cream seemed to help his baby acne improve over use of about a week. However, once he began to get excema the cream didn't seem to help as much and in fact made his skin a bit redder than normal during his excema flareups. So - for babies with normal (not sensitive) skin, this cream would work well! however you can probably get the same results from a cheaper, drug store brand.
