One star for looking pretty. This toner does nothing. I feel like it's pure looks and marketing. It's like applying flower soaked water on your face. Yes it feels nice. It might smell ok. But in the long run, I don't think it's doing anything. It doesn't shrink my pores. It doesn't make my face more or less oily or dry. It's useless. Having tried probably over 30 different toners in my life. I'd rank this toner last because of its effectiveness and price.
