Heavy and too thick

This one is definitely not for me! I found it far too heavy - even though my eye area is quite dry in comparison to the rest of my face. I tried to warm this up between my fingertips before dabbing on as per instructions but it still sat on the top of my skin like an oily film that took at least a couple of hours to sink in.

I love a good eye cream. I always use one every morning without fail. I splurged a little bit and paid full price for this Kiehl's Creamy eye Treatment with Avocado. I have always had great results with Kiehl's products and usually don't mind paying the higher price for higher quality.
I truly gave this product a chance. I wanted it to work so bad but I hate it. It does not go on easy. Its like spreading rubber under my eyes. Its not smooth and does not blend in or absorb quickly. I feel like I am putting too much pressure on my fingers to get it to blend in. Its a pretty green color but I am so frustrated with it every morning. Its time consuming and too much effort. I will not be buying this again.

I find this product to be overrated because it doesn't sink into your eyes and just sits on top of the skin. Therefore, I didn't find it very hydrating, as an eye cream should be.
