This is a hair treatment with rosemary and avocado oils. You're meant to apply it ten minutes or so before washing hair, but I have quite thick, curly hair, so once a week(ish) I pull it through the ends of my hair and put it up in a bun before bed. After I wash it the next day, I can really feel the added softness and conditioning. It has a pleasant smell. Keep it away from the scalp/hairline, as it can tingle a little.
