Very hydrating but not for me

I wanted to love this after hearing so many good things about it. I typically used this on my body after a shower and unfortunately it always left my skin feeling a bit sticky which is a deal breaker for me. I got through the entire bottle and unfortunately didn't notice any sort of brightening effects or PIH fading, but it is extremely hydrating. To the point where it could be used as a light body moisturizer in the summer instead of an actual moisturizer. It's also got a nice bubble gum sort of scent that fades very quickly and is obviously an incredible value price wise for the amount of product you get. A bottle lasted me almost 2 years.

A nearly perfect lotion (not for vegans)

I was skeptical about this lotion: sake with horse placenta in a big pink bottle? Got it on a whim and have no regrets. It is stunning, leaves my skin silky smooth and ...juicy? All my friends tried it and were blown away by the effectiveness, even a friend with severely sensitive and irritated skin. It reduces my keratosis pilaris, it has a soft lovely scent, and it..works. I will be purchasing more. One downside: the way it dispenses makes it hard not to waste any, as the lotion is thin and will gush out. I would recommend using a different bottle if you buy it. However: that is a minor detail. Easily one of the best asian beauty purchases I have ever made.

Thin Moisturizer that works!

This is a Japanese sake "lotion." It's not the western ideal "lotion," if anything it's more like a toner here, albeit more moisturizing. A little goes a long way and I literally just need one pump to cover my face. One thing to note though, this is sake which is a yeast. If you have fungal acne I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS because it will cause flare ups! Always patch test! This has some brightening properties that I somewhat notice (not really, but I do get told that my face looks brighter) but obviously only when used long-term. I love layering with this and would always repurchase when I run out!

Great

I usually use the regular version of this but sometimes in the winter months i need the 'high moist' version. It has a light sake scent just like the original one and also comes with a pump bottle. Definitely recommend!
