More than just sand. It's mess free (somewhat). It's really neat how it sticks together. Just don't mix colors because you will never get it apart. The kids love it. I also love it.

Kinetic Sand

I just bought one of these test for a birthday gift and the child really was happy with it. I now have to buy one for my grandson who is 8!! He has one that u can use with construction workers and he enjoys it so much. I also live the sand because it won’t dry out and last a long time if you keep it in container like directions say. I would line to but ore of them if possible.

My boys love Kinetic Sand. The different colors they have are amazing. Not to mention it is not as messy as regular sand. My oldest likes to build ramps out of the kinetic sand to race and ramp his monster trucks. Definitely a great product!

Best way to keep the kids and parents busy to play with them

I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend it for others kids and parents to buy and play with them with their kids . It’s a complete fun package and I usually play with my son with it and highly prefer to use it and enjoy with playtime with my son .

my 5 yr old loves it

okay i was kinda on the fence about this, But my 5 yr old plays with this for hours which is rare he has adhd and this just keeps him busy constantly using his creative little brain and i admit i even get in and play too

Fun for all ages

A fun activity for my 5 year old, well and myself 35 year old. Haha. Hours of playing with the sand. We really enjoyed the twister with the ribbon attachment. The set comes with 10 tools, however I don't think a phone stand should count as a "tool". Really easy to clean up and doesn't dry out when stored in a sealed zip lock bag.

Perfect sensory experience for the kids

I was shopping for something new and fun for our 2.5 yo to play with outdoors since we don't have a swing set or many outdoor toys. I bought this thinking he'd have fun playing on the balcony or in the yard and it wouldn't matter so much if some fell. Well, turns out, I didn't even have to worry about that. The texture and density of the sand is pretty awesome and not much of it spills over, and whatever does is easily cleaned up because of the kinetic properties. It was the perfect set to keep him entertained, miraculously longer than his regular 5-minute attention span. The kit comes with an impressive number of tools and the box serves as its own miniature sand box. Plus, you can even buy individual packs of sand to add to the collection if you'd like without having to buy a whole other kit. I'm looking into that already, he loves playing it with so much!

Entertaining

The kinetic sand set is super entertaining and entails long hours of fun for my daughter she is super artsy and loves to do her own thing and this set is perfect for her and her creativity will definitely be buying more in the future

Hour of entertainment for my four year old

Bought this after my daughter saw commercials of kinetic sand & virtually begged for this set. She I four years old and enjoys creative play but loses interest in things quickly. Not the kinetic sand tough. The texture of this stuff is quite pleasant and it doesn’t stick to you, clothing, furniture, etc. The tools are very handy for making different objects. This stuff can be left out for a long time and doesn’t dry out like play dough does. Be careful of stacking/mixing colors like the box illustrates though, it mixes together easy and is impossible to separate after. It is a bit pricey but well worth it
